training and online coaching services, and the automated Instagram messaging system we
use to respond to comments and direct messages ("Synrgy Fitness", "we", "us", "our"). By
using this site, our services, or interacting with our Instagram automation, you agree to
these Terms.
1. Our services
Synrgy Fitness provides personal training, online coaching, and related fitness
content in and around Bangkok, Thailand. We also operate an automated system on Instagram
that replies to comments and direct messages containing specific keywords, in order to
share free resources and respond to enquiries about our coaching services.
2. Instagram automation
When you comment or send a direct message containing a keyword we've configured, our
system may automatically:
- Reply publicly to your comment;
- Send you a direct message, which may include a link to a free resource or file;
- Record your interaction so we can follow up about our coaching services.
This automation is operated independently by Synrgy Fitness using Meta's Instagram
API — it is not operated, endorsed, or reviewed by Meta or Instagram, and is subject to
their own platform policies and technical limitations (for example, messaging windows and
delivery timing outside of our control). We don't guarantee that any particular comment or
message will trigger a reply, or that replies will be delivered instantly. See our

3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website or Instagram automation — including attempting to
spam, abuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with the automated systems, or using
them for any unlawful purpose.
4. No professional or medical advice
Content shared through our website, coaching services, or Instagram automation
(including any free resources, guides, or calculators) is provided for general
informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or professional health advice.
Consult a qualified physician before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program,
particularly if you have an existing health condition.
5. Third-party services
Our services rely on and link to third-party platforms — including Instagram/Meta,
Mailchimp, Mailgun, Google reCAPTCHA, and LINE — each governed by their own terms and
privacy policies. We aren't responsible for the availability, content, or practices of
these third-party services.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site and shared through our Instagram automation (including text,
graphics, and downloadable resources) is owned by Synrgy Fitness or used with permission,
and may not be reproduced or redistributed without our consent.
7. Limitation of liability
Our services, website, and automation are provided "as is" without warranties of any
kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synrgy Fitness is not liable for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of them, including
interruptions to or errors in the Instagram automation.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services
after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law
principles.
