Gyms and locations

We currently train our clients at UnReal Gym (formerly BPC Gym) which is located on Sukhumvit Soi 24 in Bangkok. We can also come to another gym or your home/condo gym, depending on the location.

Please note our rates do not include gym memberships so that will need to be purchased separately.

UnReal Gym

UnReal Gym (formerly BPC Gym) is a relatively new gym with great equipment from well known brands, and is well suited for strength training, bodybuilding, and bodyweight exercise - basically most types of exercise. There are multiple squat racks, dumbbells with various benches, Smith machines, and probably the larges selection of resistance machines you'll ever find!

UnReal Gym is located in the center of Sukhumvit soi 24 at the top of the i-Store self-storage building, taking up 2 floors - 6 and 7. It is easily accessible by BTS and either walking or taking a motorcycle taxi, and has multiple shopping malls (Emquartier, Emporium) within walking distance.
