If you’re someone who is proficient at performing exercises correctly, prefer working out on your own and on your own schedule, or just don’t feel like one-on-one personal training is for you, then our online coaching services could be for you.
Below is a list of what is included in our online coaching program:
An initial consultation via video chat, phone call or email/messaging. Here, assess our clients' current condition, any injuries they may have, what their goals are, any potential obstacles, gym/equipment access, etc.
We design a training program for our client, based on the consultation. This could range from a full-body workout to be carried out twice a week to a strength and conditioning program to be completed on a 2-day-on, 1-day-off structure.
Based on our clients' goals and current condition, we recommend nutrition targets to follow, as well as providing assistance with tracking their food intake using apps such as MyFitnessPal.
Each week, we ask that our clients send us feedback of every workout they did plus daily body measurements and nutritional intake so that we can update their program for the following week.
Over time, using the data that we collect from our clients, we can put together visual representation of their results. This can help them achieve further progress and allows us as their coaches to understand what is needed for them as individuals.

Each client gets an account on our web app, so that they can track their workouts, nutrition, and everything else our personal training clients can.
