Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to have your personal data deleted from Synrgy Fitness's systems, including data collected through comments or direct messages sent to our Instagram automation.

If you commented or messaged a keyword to us on Instagram

Email info@synrgy.fitness with the subject line "Delete my Instagram data", and include:

  • Your Instagram @username;
  • Roughly when you commented or messaged us (date and the post/keyword, if you remember it).

We will locate and permanently delete the corresponding records — your Instagram user ID, the message/comment text we stored, and any related activity (link clicks, downloads) — from our database within 30 days, and confirm by email once complete.

If you submitted our contact form or questionnaire

Email info@synrgy.fitness with the subject line "Delete my data" and the email address you used. We will delete your submission from our records within 30 days.

Disconnecting the Instagram automation entirely

The account owner can revoke the automation system's access to Instagram at any time via Settings → Apps and websites in the Instagram app, or by removing the connection from Synrgy Fitness's admin panel. Doing so stops all future data collection immediately; it does not automatically delete previously stored records — use the request process above for that.
