Bangkok CrossFit Boxes – Our Top 7 6 List
We’ve seen huge growth in the Bangkok CrossFit community over the past several years. There are now more boxes open than ever, spread out all over Bangkok. This means no matter which part of Bangkok you live in, you can find a CrossFit box that you can be a regular member of.
Each one of the Bangkok CrossFit boxes has their own way of operating. Some have a mandatory foundation course so newbies can learn the basics before moving on to the high intensity classes. Others prefer a more open approach – anyone can join classes and exercises/movements can be adapted to people who are new to them.
Update (2nd May 2024): We’ve updated the list below to reflect the official affiliated gyms in Bangkok from the CrossFit website. This means there are only 6 gyms in the list now compared to 7 from before. We’ve added CrossFit Club 49, IOAT CrossFit, and removed Ari CrossFit, Iron Hive (they merged with Thonglor CrossFit), and Mighty Bear CrossFit.
